Modern Warfare 4 Launches in Full Alongside 10+ Xbox Games

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 has dropped its Early Access status and is now fully available on Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Cloud, headlining a Friday that brings more than ten new titles to the Xbox ecosystem. According to Pure Xbox, no new Call of Duty titles ship day one on Xbox Game Pass, so players will need to purchase MW4 outright to jump in.

Modern Warfare 4 Goes Full Release

Described by Pure Xbox as pushing the series into darker and more dangerous territory, Modern Warfare 4 brings long-running storylines to what the publisher calls a powerful and emotional breaking point. The game also features DMZ, a mode that has drawn significant attention alongside strong critical reception. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will need to look elsewhere for their next addition, with Pure Xbox noting the following Game Pass drop is scheduled for Monday.

Other Notable Launches Today

Alongside MW4, two additional titles hit Xbox on October 23. Darkenstein 3D Director’s Cut is a fast, reflex-heavy shooter that demands precise aim and quick movement to survive enemy projectiles. Vixen 357, a sci-fi simulation game, brings large-scale battles and story-driven events to console players.
