You warrant that:

- The content is free of malware, viruses, or malicious code
- You comply with the terms of service of the game publishers whose content you are uploading
4.4 Prohibited Content
You may not submit:
- Pirated games, cracks, keygens, or tools enabling piracy
- Content that enables cheating in online multiplayer games
- Malware, phishing material, or anything harmful
- Illegal, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit content
- Personal data of others without consent
- Spam or misleading information
5. Downloads — Use at Your Own Risk
Save files, mods, and editors hosted on SaveGameVault are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. See our Disclaimer for full details.
You understand that:
- Using save files may overwrite or corrupt your game progress
- Mods may void the warranty of your game or break its functionality
- Save editors may violate the terms of service of the game publisher
- Using these tools in online/multiplayer modes may result in bans from official services
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or consequences resulting from the use of downloaded content.
6. Copyright and DMCA
SaveGameVault respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown request as described in our DMCA Policy.

7. Intellectual Property of the Site
The SaveGameVault name, logo, design, and original editorial content (game descriptions written by us, curated lists, layout) are the property of the Site operator.
