Overwatch – Season 5: A Grim Doctrine Launch Trailer | PS5 & PS4 Games

Overwatch Season 5 introduces Doctrine, a new Support hero who wields an Eternal Scepter and mechanical drones to manipulate life force. Players can explore Watchpoint: Grímsvötn, the first new Escort map since Overwatch 2’s launch, set in an Icelandic prison. The season also brings significant hero reworks, including Sombra’s transition to Support and Roadhog’s revamped Scrap Gun with a new Trash Compactor ability.

The seasonal content includes Mystery Madness: Graveyard Games, a Halloween event where players spawn as random heroes and unlock random powers upon death. New cosmetics arrive through the Ultimate Battle Pass and shop collaboration Dokiwatch 2.0, plus Mythic skins for Wuyang and Lúcio. Quick Play Drives and Unvaulted Battle Passes round out the additions.
