The previous filing, which covered a wide range of information, remains publicly accessible.

Why Take-Two Wants the Filing Sealed

Take-Two argues in the new request that making the subpoena attachment public could directly undermine its own case. As reported by PC Gamer, the publisher describes the attachment as containing “highly sensitive, confidential information” about an ongoing copyright infringement investigation, warning that public disclosure could compromise the probe and alert the alleged infringers to exactly what Take-Two has gathered so far.
