The campaign is complete, from the training course at the start to the final missions in Russia, and the bonus Mile High Club mission is open. Load it and you can start any mission from its autosave, with the intel already done.

30/30 Enemy Intel Found: All 30 enemy intel items in the campaign are collected. They are laptops and documents hidden across the missions, and gathering them unlocks the game’s optional cheats and visual filters. Several are easy to miss, and some sit in places you cannot return to without replaying the mission from its start, so a full set takes a careful run.

Regular Difficulty: The campaign was finished on Regular, the game’s standard difficulty, so the save shows a full playthrough without the heavy checkpoint deaths of Veteran.

Why This Save Matters: Call of Duty 4 is a short, tightly scripted campaign, but its best set pieces are spread out, and the intel is easy to lose for good by moving on.
