Load it and B.J. Blazkowicz’s 1946 break-in at Castle Wolfenstein and the dig under Wulfburg are yours to replay from any chapter, with B.J. fully upgraded and nothing left to hunt.

Part 1: Rudi Jäger and the Den of Wolves

• Chapter 1: Prison. Escape the cell, find Wesley, and fight your way toward the Keep.
• Chapter 2: Docks. Escape the catacombs under the castle.
• Chapter 3: Wolfenstein Keep. Rescue Wesley inside the fortress.
• Chapter 4: Escape! The cable car, the tavern, and the boss fight with Rudi Jäger.

Part 2: The Dark Secrets of Helga Von Schabbs

• Chapter 5: Wulfburg. The hunt for the archaeologist who holds Deathshead’s location.
• Chapter 6: Ruins. The undead rise in the excavations.
• Chapter 7: Old Town. Break through the gates and follow Helga to the church ruins.
• Chapter 8: Dig Site. The final fight against the creature under the ruins.

Every chapter can be reloaded from the main menu, and chapter select shows the collectible count for each one.

Cleared on Über: The campaign was played through on Über, where enemies hit hard and ammo is scarce. This is the difficulty the game’s own guides recommend starting on, since the perks make it manageable.

All 83 Collectibles Found:

• 64/64 Gold Items: Every gold bar, eight per chapter. Finding all 64 unlocks the Goldene Pistole option in the menu, for playing with golden guns.
• 10/10 Letters: The full set of letters scattered through the chapters.
• 9/9 Nightmare levels: All nine hidden Wolfenstein 3D Episode 1 stages, each tucked in a secret room in a campaign chapter.

Nothing is missable thanks to chapter select, but the collectibles sit across all eight chapters and several are in hidden rooms, so a complete set is a long clean-up job.

All 16 Perks Unlocked: Every perk is earned, so any chapter you replay starts with B.J. at full power, including the Eagle Eye perk that marks collectibles on your map.

All 10 Challenge Maps at Gold on Über: Challenge mode recreates the campaign’s hardest arena fights as score-attack maps, and a gold medal only counts on I Am Death Incarnate! or Über. This save has all ten done on Über:

Why This Save Matters: The Old Blood is short, but a full clear means a collectible sweep of eight chapters, nine hidden Nightmare stages, all 16 perks, and ten gold-medal arena runs on the top difficulty. The gold medals take the longest, since each demands a high kill score on Über without dying. This file gives you the finished state, ready for any replay.

Version and Installation: Made for the PC release of Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, the standalone prequel, and it works with the Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, and Xbox Game Pass for PC releases. The Game Pass version uses an .xbuser file in the savegame directory. It keeps its own save, separate from Wolfenstein: The New Order, so a matching save for The New Order is available on its own page. Back up your own save before replacing it.
