F.E.A.R. 3 – Everything Completed: Both Characters, All Intervals, All Alma Dolls, Max Rank

This save has F.3.A.R. finished from every angle the game tracks: the full campaign cleared through all 8 Intervals, every Interval also completed as Paxton Fettel, all 8 Alma Dolls found, Insane difficulty beaten, and the challenge-driven progression maxed out at Rank 21. Load it and both brothers’ versions of the story are open in chapter select, with the full arsenal of rank rewards unlocked from the start.

• Interval 01 – Prison — the Point Man’s breakout from the Armacham black site
• Interval 02 – Slums — the favela-like outskirts of a Fairport gone mad
• Interval 03 – Store — the ruined supermarket and its cultist ambushes
• Interval 04 – Suburbs — Alma’s memory of home, one of the eeriest levels in the series
• Interval 05 – Tower — the high-rise assault through Armacham’s private army
• Interval 06 – Bridge — the crossing as the city tears itself apart
• Interval 07 – Port — the airlift point and the Creep’s domain
• Interval 08 – Ward — the hospital finale and the confrontation with Alma

Both Brothers Playable Everywhere — Fettel’s playthrough only unlocks Interval by Interval as each one is cleared as Point Man, and on this save every Interval is finished as both characters. That covers the game’s two endings, which depend on which brother finishes the final Interval, and it means the possession-based Fettel gameplay is available across the entire campaign.

Insane Difficulty Beaten — Insane only appears after a first full clear, and this save has the campaign completed on it, covering the Man Mode achievement and everything below it.

All 8 Alma Dolls Found — One doll hides in every Interval, most in randomized spawn locations, and all eight are collected for the Doll Collector achievement.

Rank 21, Challenges Maxed — The progression system is at its Rank 21 cap, with the challenge categories worked through across both characters’ runs, well past the 100 Psychic Links milestone. Every rank reward along the way, from expanded slow-mo to the Fitness health bonuses, is active on this profile for any replay.
